To support our continued international growth, we are looking for a Support Engineer in Ieper with a passion for the leisure and attractions industry.

The job in a nutshell

Customer Support is the knowledge hub of our organization. We maintain close daily contact with our customers to ensure the optimal performance of our products. Our team consists of enthusiastic professionals who are committed to continuous growth and development.

As part of this team of specialists, you will join our Service Department, where you will be responsible for providing telephone support for our software package ReCreateX, as well as access control and building management systems.

Your role is crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction and comes with a significant level of responsibility. By carefully analyzing customers’ needs, you will provide them with the best possible solutions. No two days are the same, creating a dynamic and varied work environment.
